I can go to Google or other sites but can not open my yahoo a/c or yahoomail page.Sometime I get a msg page can not be opened .
Some time I go to Google site & typ www.yahoomail.com & go to yahoomail or yahoo answers.
once I got a msg .error404.

I’m sorry you haven’t gotten a good answer. I know this is very frustrating, because it happened to me. For a long time, I quit using my Yahoo Mail altogether because of the aggravation. Gmail became my primary address. Now I’ve noticed the problem has gone away inexplicably. It’s still very slow however. I wish I knew the answer. The only explanation I can think of is my computer is a dinosaur.

my password contains of numbers and english and arabic character and my password work in messenger but didn’t work in the http (www,yahoomail.com) i can log in messenger and from it i can go to my mail and inbox but i can’t log in direct from the http the http refuse this password so i want to change it when i try to change it there a step require a password from http so i can’t type it so please help me changing my password without type it in http and remember that i don’t know the postal code so i can’t recover the password by this method so if there another way to recover my password please answer me

i can’t access my e-mail from the web i can only access from messenger and from messenger to inbox mail because my password contains arabic character the web page refuse this so i can’t change my password because there are a step in changing password request from me to type the current password and as i say before the web page refuse my password because of the arabic character

If you would like to change your Yahoo! password, just sign in to your Yahoo! account with your current password and click the Account Info or My Account link at the top of the page. You will be asked to re-enter your current password for verification. Then:

1. Click the "Change Password" link.
2. Enter your current password in the first box.
3. Enter your new password (as you would like it to be) in the second box.
4. Confirm your new password in the third box.
5. Click the "Save" button.

I follow the prompts but they always say that there was an error or it could not access the email program. I thought I had it with my Hotmail acct. but it will not do it cuz it is a free account & my Outlook Express is not from 2003 or 2007

Am I typing in the wrong email address to sync them up? I type in "www.yahoomail.com" then it asks me for an address for the outgoing server, isn’t that the same as the incoming server?
I can’t get past the first steps to set up my Outlook Express 6! I feel so dumb! LOL
What am I doing wrong that I can’t sync it up?
Whenever I see an article online I want to email to a pal I click on "email this article" & the Outlook Express 6 pops up as my email server & I can’t mail it out because it will not link up to any of the email addys I put in for it to connect with/to.
Before my Yahoo mail always popped up in that circumstance out of nowhere Outlook Express 6 started popping up. I did not change it so what gives?

Well, I have to assume you’re talking about a free yahoo account. It matters which email you’re talking about.

You can’t use OE with the free yahoo, hotmail, etc. They don’t have pop servers.

OE "pops up" because it’s set as the default mail application on your computer.

If you have an email account thru your internet provider, then set up OE for that. If you want to send urls through your yahoo account, then copy the url into a yahoo email msg to your friend.

When i type in www.yahoomail.com it doesnt look normal!! Theres a bunch of links everywhere. I dont even know how to get to my inbox. Then i tried to access it through yahoo.com and its the same that way too. How do i fix it to normal???

i have tried to check my e-mail under www.yahoomail.com and i never get my account on to check my mail. is their a different sight now??

My friends, their could log in to they yahoomail but when i sign it wont let me log in/dont let me load to my mail box. after that i cant even go to www.yahoomail.com. the site dont even log up for me anymore

First of all, it is mail.yahoo.com and not the site you said.

Do you know your password? There should be a security question to help you. If you continue to have problems, go to help.yahoo.com.

i want to erase my address bar who i write for opening web page.

go to view menu, hit tool bars and then uncheck address bar.
To delete the automatically appearing addresses, go to tools -> internet options and delete history.
Some of them still lingre and can be deleted from registry. Go to program->run and type regedit and then open the registry editor. In this fo to find menu and search for any of the address lines, go to the spot and delete them all

After I type www.yahoomail.com, where do I go? How do I get into the chat rooms?
