Attention Members!
We will not be holding any meetings until a board of volunteers has been created. I will continue to send out information about other chapter meetings that are available via web casts and live meetings.
Roanoke Valley SQL Server Users Group Volunteers Needed!
Roanoke Valley SQL Server Users Group is looking for some “dedicated” self-motivated volunteers to help plan our group meetings and to keep our group active. If you use SQL Server and would like to learn more about it and you like to share your ideas and give back to the user community, read more! If you miss our monthly meetings and would like to see them again, read more!
We are looking for volunteers to help in several ways and there are several ways YOU can help. RVSSUG can use help in website content, programs, announcements, meetings and developing our news letters. We also have a book review program that could use some help. So, if you are a person that would like to volunteer, please let us know. The more help we have, the more that RVSSUG can accomplish.
Volunteers should be willing to attend the meetings regularly and be willing to meet an additional night or two, to help with our planning processes. Volunteers should be willing to prepare one or two SQL Server related presentations a year for the group and to share their skills or information about SQL Server.
Volunteers will be rewarded with books, software and other items from our sponsors as they are received.
If you are a self-motivated person and want to learn more about SQL Server and you would like to give back to the SQL Server community contact Harold Buckner at harold.buckner@rvssug.org or Paul Glassbrenner at paul.glassbrenner@rvssug.org
